I've been riding dirt bikes for about 7 years and racing for about 6. I started riding just after I met my now husband, who rode quite a lot. He taught me how to ride on the ice and then on the dirt the following Spring. Have been fully immersed ever since. I race in the Ladies and Vet Jr. classes in the Alberta Motorsports Association (AMSA), Ladies and Vet Jr. in the Spring and Fall Series at Wild Rose Motocross Association (WRMA) and the Western Canadian Women's Nationals on a Yamaha 250F. Currently, in the AMSA series, I am sitting in 1st place overall in the Ladies class and 11th overall in Vet Jr. Due to an unfortunate accident at round 7 of the AMSA series, I went from 5th overall to 11th. I'm hoping to make up some ground at the final two rounds to get into the top 10.
